Located in the south of Tuscany, shared between Siena and Grosseto provinces. Fully equipped whole house for your forest bathing holiday home in a quiet location surrounded by an ancient thick beech tree forest.
A retired businessman with long experience in catering and hospitality permanently lives next door and will be happy to assist you throughout your holiday. Loves conversing and meeting new people over a nice glass of wine. Italian native with an optimum knowledge of English (language and culture).
Nature, nature and nature. A Glamping like in a more structured setting. Not enough? Well, in the spring and summer there is a well establish down hilling sport facilities (Amiata Freeride Bike Resort) few hundred metres away. They also rent electric bikes for the more conservative riders. Many walking trails. Adventure park for the kids (and not). A welcoming restaurant, coffee shops and local produce retailer are at walking distance. A short drive away you can find and sample some of the best renowned wines in Italy: Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, Montecucco, Morellino di Scansano. Not much further afield there is a lot more to see and experience. Sandy beaches are only 45 minutes away (depending on your driving skills, I learned to drive in Rome!!!)). In autumn, the area is famous for mushroom picking (porcini) and sweet chestnuts. A Forest Bathing experience to recharge your mojo..
