This newly renovated apartment in the countryside is 15 minutes from Jesolo and its lovely beaches and 45 minutes from the cultural treasures of Venice. The Macarthur Glen outlet is also nearby. It is a great location for cyclists with 100's of kilometers of trails nearby. We also have two adult bicycles for guest use. The train station of San Dona' di Piave with connections to Venice and Trieste is just a few kilometers away and offers free parking. The apartment consists of a living room/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating and all of the windows have screens. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. The living room has a television. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. One of the bedrooms also has a walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have showers, toilets, and bidets. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. There is a small area outside with chairs and a loveseat and a large lawn for children to play. The area is very quiet except for the normal noises of the country - birds, dogs, etc. The owners live above the apartment and have two dogs who will be in the yard, frequently.

Ann is an American who worked all over the world and chose to retire in Italy, her favorite place. Corrado is Italian, from Sicily. We have a daughter, Carolina, who is in high school.

This neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by farms. Our little village is called Passarella and it has a wonderful pastry shop, three bars, a pharmacy, and a bank. We are very close to many things and can see the Dolomites on clear days.
