Tilia is a certified guest house that has been open since March 2019, following a complete renovation. The manager is Simone, a welcoming host and very willing to provide all the information on the area and for the specific needs of the guests, together with his wife Eleonora, who takes care of the furnishings and details. It is the only facility they deal with. Tilia is much appreciated for its 1920s style combined with modern and functional furnishings, for the shared terrace immersed in the wisteria vegetation where guests can have breakfast and exchange views, for the silence of the area, for the breadth and comfort. of spaces, for strategic positioning in the center.

In an oasis surrounded by greenery stands Tilia, a historic building from the 1920s dedicated to relaxation and well-being in the heart of the Red City. Tilia is a tribute to the two hundred-year-old lime trees planted by our great-grandparents for the birth of their children. As they did with our family, they also make the two imposing lime trees that embrace the structure with their long branches and the characteristic heart-shaped leaves that transmit tranquility and protection. Tilia is also surrounded by a majestic wisteria which, in spring, allows our guests to immerse themselves in its scent and colors, enjoying the shared terrace, just 3 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. Tilia consists of 4 apartments with 5 double rooms that can be booked entirely or individually (per room). It is also an excellent solution for workers who want to combine relaxation and comfort in one of the most elegant and characteristic neighborhoods of Bologna.

The apartment is located in an elegant and characteristic quarter of the historic center with many shops, shops, restaurants, pizzerias etc. Do not miss the ice cream of the nearby Sorbetteria Castiglione and the bakery of Forno Brisa.
