Spacious, comfortable and bright apartment, located in a quiet residential area and strategic to easily visit the historic center of Venice or to reach the airport of Venice VCE Marco Polo. Easy and convenient to reach by car or public transport (the bus stop is 100 meters). Free parking is always available on the property. Equipped with every comfort, such as free WiFi, air conditioning, automatic and independent heating, large wardrobes. The open-plan kitchen-living room provides every need with fridge, freezer, gas hob, microwave oven, toaster, espresso-mocha machine, electric or gas kettle and air conditioning. The rooms are large and comfortable, each with independent air conditioning. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. A large terrace-solarium, furnished, welcomes you to enjoy breakfast and meals or to relax after a day of leisure or work. An ideal place for your holiday or business trip. If you are looking for peace and quiet, staying in close contact with the convenience of reaching and admiring the charming Venice, Casa di Chiara is the ideal place for your stay.
My name is Giorgia and I live on the ground floor with my family. Upon your arrival I welcome you directly to welcome you, and then leave you in your complete privacy. The profile photo is of my husband Glauco who helps me, when available, to welcome you. With us live our two children, Marco and Chiara who, by common agreement, was dedicated the name to our location. During your stay I am always available to recommend the places to visit, the best museums, the most beautiful monuments and the "bacari" taverns where you can taste the typical dishes of the Venetian tradition. In case of late arrivals (after 02.00 am and only for those who travel by plane) you can use the Self Check-in free of charge, with the obligation of the morning of the presentation in person and the payment of the tourist tax in cash (Euro only). I wish you a pleasant stay and always respect our wonderful and unique city. Welcome to Chiara’s House!
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by private houses/ villas. The bus stop is 100 meters away and offers fast and frequent connections in 10 minutes to the historic center of Venice, the airport of Venice VCE Marco Polo, the railway station of Venice-Mestre FS, the railway station of Venice Santa Lucia FS and the center of Mestre. In the immediate vicinity there are excellent restaurants of meat and fish, pizzerias, supermarket, cafeteria, banks, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacconist to buy bus tickets and everything you need. Lovers of nature and cycling, in just 10 minutes you will reach the San Giuliano Park, one of the largest in Europe, to admire Venice in all its charm and splendor. Gaming enthusiasts can reach the Venice Casino in just 10 minutes by car, opposite Venice VCE Marco Polo Airport.
