Property information

Apartment in residence, completely renovated in 2020, very comfortable for four people but also equipped with a sofa bed in the living area. Very close to the valley's facilities and means of transport. Being arranged on two levels, it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people but it guarantees tranquility for those who want to rest and those who want to linger in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. On the entrance floor you will find a living room with sofa bed, functional kitchen and private terrace. On the lower floor, which is still on the first floor compared to street level, you will find the large double bedroom with bunk bed. Please note that the room can be divided/closed by a very functional divider so as to provide a minimum of privacy between the double bed and the bunk bed. Less than 2 km away you reach Campitello di Fassa and the lift for the Col Rodella and that of Pera di Fassa for the Catinaccio group.

Neighbourhood information

5 km from the center of Canazei, 2 km from the center of Pera di Fassa, 500 m from the center of Mazzin, in a quiet, sunny position, directly on the edge of the forest, 2 km from the ski area. Less than 2 km away you reach Campitello di Fassa and the lift for the Col Rodella and that of Pera di Fassa for the Catinaccio group.
