The idea behind Casa Magnolia is to welcome people eager to discover the marvellous beauty of Catania and the Sicilian eastern coast from all over the world to our elegant villa, to make them feel like home. Forget the bustle of the city; Casa Magnolia is placed ten minutes drive from Catania, close enough but away from the city centre, in a very quiet area. The beautiful garden surrounding the apartment is equipped with everything to spend relaxing afternoons and evenings with your friends or your family. The villa is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy a fantastic holiday together. The house consists of a bedroom with a full-sized bed, a large living room with two sofas, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a queen-sized sofa bed and a single sofa bed, so the house can comfortably hosts up to 4 people, even 5 if the queen-sized sofa bed is shared. We can add a baby cot if you have an infant. You will find every comfort: refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, bed linen and towels, TV, stereo, air conditioning hot/cold, heating... The terrace is equipped with a breakfast table, a large dining table, a porch swing, and a barbecue.
My name is Maria Teresa, I am 50 yo and am a pharmacist. I take care of Casa Magnolia together with my husband and my three sons.
Casa Magnolia is placed just outside Catania's city centre in a very convenient location: 15-20 minutes from the sea, just 2 minutes from the motorway, 30-40 minutes to the South-East slope of Etna, magical Taormina and ancient Syracuse. 30 minutes driving to Etnaland themepark. This location makes the house the perfect accommodation for those wishing to enjoy not only the city of Catania and its surroundings, but also some of the most amazing hidden places on the Sicilian eastern coast.
