Incantevole villa di 180 mq. L'unità sorge in un'ottima posizione soleggiata immersa nel parco naturale del Monte Bracco dove si gode una splendida vista panoramica sulla valle Po. A pochi minuti da Saluzzo, Revello, Sanfront, Paesana e dalle piste da sci di Crissolo. Libera e indipendente sui 4 lati. Giardino con ampia zona dotata di barbecue, forno a legna, locale attrezzi e legnaia. Al piano terra: cucina e ampio salone con camino. Al primo piano: zona notte con tre camere e soffitta. Doppi servizi.
