Access is step-free and the location is convenient, close to the beach and public transport. Free public parking is available in the area. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The recently renovated apartment is on the ground floor, just a few meters from the characteristic Nervi marina. You can easily reach it by public transport, such as train and bus, and the location is also accessible by bicycle, thanks to a private bike parking adjacent to the accommodation. Private outdoor car parking is available upon request and for an extra fee.
