The holiday home "Casa Paola" is located in Trebbio and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Additional amenities include a TV, heating, and a washing machine. The highlight of the accommodation is the private outdoor area, which features a pool (open from June to September, with dates depending on weather conditions), garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The house is just a short distance from grocery stores and supermarkets in Borgo a Mozzano and Marlia. Recommended nearby restaurants include La Fonte, Molin della Volpe, and Valentino (in Fiano). Public transport connections are easily accessible on foot. The property offers a private parking space, and additional free parking is available on the street. Up to three pets are allowed for an extra fee. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The doors are wide and easily accessible.
