Property information

From the independent entrance you enter the living room equipped with sofa, TV, a large kitchenette complete with fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and 4 seats. It consists of two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a large garden with parking, barbecue and veranda in which to spend the summer evenings. Other things to know: - In order to access the house, you will need to check-in online. Guests must upload their identity documents and sign the short lease agreement as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to make a proper separate collection. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The correct sorting and disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guests. - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the house.

A perfect place to stay and discover Barbagia, its geographical position favors its proximity to Nuoro, Orgosolo, Mamoiada. Distant a few kilometers from hiking trails and places of interest, such as the sources of Su Gologone in which in addition to visiting the park and the source you have the opportunity to do activities with kayaks, The Lanaitto Valley is just 15 km away where you can visit archaeological sites and the caves of Sa Oche, Su Ventu and Grotta Corbeddu, as well as countless hiking trails suitable for every person. In just 30 minutes you can reach the beach of Cala Gonone or all the other beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
