Born in Milan, engineer, I'm spending my holidays in Stromboli from over 35 years, both in summer both in the winter period.

Property information

Apartment in villa, Casa Schicciola is in the Scari area, 100 meters from the pier and 70 meters from the beach "petrazze": the last reached the bottom of the country. It is very close to the most beautiful beach: The Old Forge, but it is located in a central location, near the market and the historic "Il Canneto" restaurant. The apartment is on the ground floor of an ancient strombolana home, one of the oldest, illustrated by Louis Philippe of Austria in his work "The Aeolian Islands" at the end of 700. It is set in a Mediterranean park of 10000 square meters, with an incredible variety of plant species, a thermal water source available to guests in the summer months, and a great barbecue for outdoor grilling ... A 70 sqm patio is attributable to the house. The sea can be seen from the garden terraces, and the house has a view of the garden itself.
