The house is located in the ancient village of Cannizzaro, and the sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, walking towards the beautiful cliffs of Aci Castello (named after the majestic Norman castle, which is worth visiting!). The house is just a few steps away from the best hospital in Catania and near the Cannizzaro train station. Parking is convenient and free (NO TICKET, NO ZTL!). The village of Cannizzaro has everything essential: a market, a pizzeria, a bar with typical Sicilian sweets, a copy shop, a hairdresser/barber, tobacco shops, stores, and a beautiful church. "Casa Sicilia" will make you breathe the Mediterranean atmosphere: blue walls, vaulted ceilings, decorative details, and typical succulent plants in the garden, where you can dine with two to four people, featuring an outdoor kitchenette and a sink. You can smoke in the garden and organize a barbecue. The house is independent, with a garden, two bathrooms with showers, a double bedroom, a small kitchen, and a spacious living room.
