A basic B&B in an old house. The ideal place if the bare essentials will do and you'd rather save money because you just need a place to sleep. Its strength is its extremely strategic position as far as all the attactions. You will be in the heart of the Valpolicella area, just a 15 min ride from downtown Verona and 20 from Lake Garda. Aquardens, Veronafiere, Gardaland are also here. The host knows the area like the palm of her hand and can give you insider tips to have the best time in Verona! Cozy room on the ground floor with private entrance, your own bathroom, and an antique fireplace to warm your evenings in winter. Instead, in the summer the room is naturally cool. There is an extra-long bed in this spacious room and a stereo with DVD player. You have an espresso machine in your room. Coffee and the bottles of water are free. By request, I can give you an iron and a blowdryer.

If you would like breakfast in your room, I can provide you with pre-packaged breakfast foods every morning as long as you request it before you arrive, when you book, specifying if you have any particular preferences.

The Adige River is around the corner with a trail where you can go jogging, take a walk, or even go horseback riding. In this part of town, everything is right outside; just a few meters from my door there is an ATM machine, tobbaconist, two excellent pastry shops where you can have breakfast, bars, a pharmacy, etc. Two minutes by foot from the B&B, there is a bus stop for buses 101 and 102 of the Veronese Bus Co. which go back and forth from downtown Verona all day every day (there are less runs on Sunday). A ticket costs EUR 2.50 and stays valid for 90 minutes. Plus, just 10 minutes away in the car from my house there is a train station in Valpolicella (in Domegliara). Besides the parking spot for guests in my courtyard, there is a large parking lot around the corner. It's not an indoor lot, but in any event it is free of charge.
