The Apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of San Giovanni hometown of the famous painter Masaccio. The apartment is located in Tuscany, near the Chianti area, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The area is very quiet and is a suitable choice for a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan hills. Also from here are just interesting outlet for shopping centers of the big brands. The Apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of San Giovanni, 500 m from the Palazzo di Arnolfo which was inhabited at the time by the painter Masaccio. The apartment is about 100 square meters with independent entrance. Distances: Train station: 600 m, Center: 600 m, Bank: 600 m, Shopping: 500 m, Shopping center: 4 Km, Pharmacy: 400 m, Hospital: 3 km. Please note that a refundable deposit fee in cash is to be handed out at the arrival and the costs for the consumptions of electricity and natural gas for heating and cooking are NOT included.

This region in based in central Italy. The region of Tuscany has a unique culinary tradition and is very well known for its wines-more famously Chianti! The area is also known for its Artists and great paintings and sculptures, not to mention the Architectural masterpieces. There are many reasons to visit the beautiful Tuscany form the beautiful countryside, fine wine and cuisine, mountain paths for walking and cycling, the fine art and to learn the language!
