We have restored this property 7 years ago and moved from Uk to this beautiful unspoiled part of Italy.
We have two friendly English pointer dogs and two shy cats, chickens and two sheep.
Our house is set away from the quiet road and is surrounded by a beautifully designed garden. The annexe is separate from the house and enjoys its own entrance.
The scenic mountains are within 40 minutes drive and the sea is 30 minutes away. My Wife is an accomplished cook and home made jams and granola feature in the breakfast.
I am a keen sailor, lived in the UK until 2017, always interested in meeting new people
Our property is situated a short distance from the local town, close to the mountains and close to the beach
