Villa Ermelinda is a historic 16th-century stone residence, fully renovated and nestled in the hills of Castelraimondo. The villa is ideal for family or friends’ vacations, as well as for weddings and exclusive events. *IMPORTANT*: Capacity: up to 16 guests (up to 12 people the main villa is available, for more the dépendance is also opened). ⸻MAIN VILLA (two floors) On the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace, a masonry kitchen, and 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms (2 of which are connected via a mezzanine) and 2 bathrooms. ⸻DÉPENDANCE The dépendance includes a kitchen with fireplace, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and is directly connected to the wellness area with jacuzzi. ⸻PRIVATE POOL Large panoramic pool measuring 12x6 m with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding landscape. (Open during the summer season.) ⸻PANORAMIC TERRACE Spacious terrace with covered porch, ideal for admiring the mountains and the medieval village of Crispiero. ⸻HEATED JACUZZI (on request, extra fee) 4-person heated jacuzzi with LED lights and Bluetooth speaker. Enjoy the perfect temperature and your favorite music for a moment of pure relaxation. ⸻PROFESSIONAL TAVERN (on request, extra fee) Additional industrial kitchen, ideal for those who want to cook in a group.
