Elegant and quiet apartment, furnished to maximize every space in a chic and comfortable way for your trip. Located 10 minutes from the SAN SIRO STADIUM and RHO FIERA, it has buses, trams and metro to reach the main points of interest in a few minutes. Near the apartment you will find every comfort, starting from a Lidl in front of the house to the adjacent main street full of shops, pharmacies and delicious and traditional restaurants. The Farmacieutica Bayer S.P.A. company is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the future American Embassy is a 3-minute walk away! A great solution for workers and those who want to be a step away from the Fairs, football matches and concerts!

The area is well served by every comfort: we have a supermarket in front of the house, at the beginning of the street a well-equipped pharmacy and many restaurants and shops. The whole area has multiple paid and free parking spaces, even in the street adjacent to the apartment. - The red metro stop (M1) URUGUAY, the closest, is only 10 minutes away by bus no. 69. - Within a 2-minute walk we also find tram 14 and bus 69 that cross all of Milan and the suburbs. - RHO FIERA, a year-round trade fair and conference center, 9 minutes away by car, is 5 metro stops (M1) and 4 bus stops, therefore located 20 minutes from the apartment. - The SAN SIRO STADIUM, for the most popular football matches, is 10 minutes away by car and 30 minutes by public transport; 4 stops on bus 69, 3 stops on the red metro (M1) and 2 stops on the purple metro (M5). - MERLATA BLOOM MILANO is only 10 minutes away by car and 25 minutes by bus! - The CENTRAL STATION can be reached in 40 minutes by tram 14, 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the green metro (M2).
