Slope-side 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 6st floor apartment with spectacular Matterhorn views. 101 sq meters, kitchen and bathrooms newly renovated. Safe, accessible. Quiet, charming, well-kept home with WIFI, TV, well equipped new kitchen (microwave, fridge and dishwasher) and bathroom fixtures. Walk in showers, hairdryers, washing machine, accommodation for 6 people; 2 double beds and bunk bed. Well-maintained building with on-site caretaker and video surveillance. 30 meters from main gondola and lift, and close to ski rental shop. less than 10 minute walk to village, supermarket, dining, shopping. On road parking on private road, elevator, ski locker with boot dryer. Ski in from Ventina slope n.7 you can follow small trail up to the condominium. A local tax of Euro 2/day/person is collected on arrival
I love sports and love to ski and have been going to Cervinia for decades! Enjoy hosting couples and families from all over the world, and pleased to share my experience of Cervinia with you. Come and enjoy the Aosta Valley and the sensational ski area we have in Cervinia, Valtournenche and Zermatt.
Walking is preferred means to move around, parking in the village is scarce. Village center is about 10 minutes walking distance. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets catering to all tastes. Main lifts to the slopes are 30mt from home. Ski rental and sports shop is also there. Ski in possible from Ventina slope n.7 leading you to the condominium, or 2 minute walk from the main ticket office.
