The house is in a quiet surrounding of Piovere (district of Tignale) with a breathtaking view on Gardalake and on Monte Baldo. This holiday apartment is composed from a two-room apartment of 50 m2 with a beautiful private lake view balcony and terrace. The apartment is on the first floor and is made up of an open living room composed by the kitchen and the dining room with a couch with double bed, of a daylight bathroom, equipped with shower and wc and of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. The wide and just renewed apartment offers besides every comfort a majestic view on Gardalake either from the private balcony or from every side of the house. You can enjoy the sunset also from the big garden with a dreamlike view. The garden surrounds the house and so there is much space to play, grill and relax. On the ground floor a laundry with washing machine is available for all guests. There is a parking lot for your car by the house. The hamlet Piovere (part of the village Tignale) is the right place for a relaxing holiday and is only 6 km far away from the beach and the centre of Tignale( Gardola).
