You can wake up to the sunlight filtering through the trees and be gently welcomed by the chirping of birds. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. As for the location, our property is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from the city center and the train station. One of its greatest advantages is the free reserved parking inside a gated condominium area — a rare convenience in the city. We understand that not being right in the heart of the city center may influence how the location is perceived, but many of our guests truly appreciate the perfect balance between comfort, quiet, and accessibility. You can take advantage of the gated condominium parking (with automatic gate), free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning — all included at no extra cost.

POSIZIONE STRATEGICA: Servizi vicini: Farmacia, pizzerie, ristoranti e attività commerciali sono a pochi passi. Trasporti comodi: Fermata del bus di fronte al cancello, che in poche fermate vi porterà nel centro città, perfetto per shopping e passeggiate. Punti di interesse raggiungibili facilmente: la stazione ferroviaria vicina ( 5 fermate del bus) vi collega alle incantevoli Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante o al lungomare per rilassanti passeggiate o gite in battello. Portovenere Lerici e altre meraviglie della riviera ligure sono a portata di mano! In front of Mila254 there is the bus stop N.12, 6-7 stops and you are in the centre. With one change you can reach Lerici or Portovenere. The station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, 1.5 kilometres, from there you can reach the 5 lands, Lucca, Florence, Genoa, Pisa, Milan, Rome.
