Located in the historic center of Assisi, overlooking the Rocca Maggiore and Minore, 5 minutes walk from the House is located in the town square, where you can visit the ancient temple of Minerva, the Cathedral of San Rufino and the Church of Santa Chiara and 10 minutes walk from the Basilica of San Francesco. Home feature fully furnished in three floors with two double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one double bedroom with large wardrobe, two bathrooms, one inside the room with bunk beds with washbasin and toilet, living room with tv, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. Private free parking lot or nearby. All the furniture is completely new; year 2014 restructuring. At our guests ' disposal there are basic necessities like oil, salt, sugar and coffee. Possibility of using cots for babies on request at no additional cost
From the Windows you can see the Roman amphitheatre and the old sources (2 minute walk) the Rocca Maggiore and the smaller one (to visit). In 10 minutes walk you arrive at the main squares of Assisi. Piazza del Comune St. Francis-St. Clare-s. Rufino- descending the staircase you reach the bus stop line (which runs every 35 minutes). Suffered after the bar, there is the Office of the national police that makes the neighborhood very quiet. A further 10 minutes you get to the Park Regina Margherita or Pincio, a beautiful set of overlapping terraces, paths and groves that surround a historic theater and a small Lake
