Property information

Residenza Manin has apartments 400 meters from the characteristic Rialto Bridge, all finely furnished and in modern style, with all amenities and equipped kitchens. All apartments have private bathrooms, while some include a bathtub with Jacuzzi. It is the ideal solution to spend a stay of privacy for work and relaxation with family or a group of friends! The building does not have an elevator. 
Check-in is carried out at Hotel Sogno di Giulietta e Romeo, located just a 10-minutes walk from the apartments, to ensure a convenient and professional welcome – (Campo San Cassiano, 1858). Important Notice for Access to Venice We would like to inform our guests that, from April 18th to July 27th, 2025, in order to access the city of Venice it is necessary to register in advance through the official website of the Municipality.
 Each guest must register independently to obtain a mandatory QR Code for entry into the city.

The Rialto Bridge is 400m away and St. Mark's Square, one of the most important monumental squares in Italy, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
