It is a new apartment (building year 2017), with high efficiency in Class A (solar panels, insulation). Inside the building there is a common swimming pool and a private free car parking.
Passionate about sport, technology and happy to know people from other countries and cultures
Really quite area, between 3 lakes (Lugano Lake, Como lake and Piano Lake) and mountains
