Dolce Vita Suites is a recently built villa located in the splendid surroundings of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean: San Lorenzo beach. A few kilometers from the seaside village of Marzamemi, a few steps from the Vendicari reserve and very close to Noto, famous for its baroque. The Villa is built on 3 levels: on the ground floor there is a very bright living room with the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed with direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden, a large bathroom with shower and a small storage room. Upstairs on the first floor, we will find two very large, modern and bright double bedrooms. Both rooms open into a terrace with tables and chairs, ideal to enjoy a good wine at sunset and breathe the Mediterranean sea breeze. In the same floor there is a modern bathroom with shower equipped with any comfort. Trough the stairs outside the house you will access to a private rooftop. From there you will be able to appreciate the sea views and the best sunset of San Lorenzo. On the outside the guests will find a fully equipped barbecue area, a modern and spacious external shower and the gardens.

The Villa is located in the most exclusive area of ​​San Lorenzo, just 2 minutes walk from the beach: the fine sand and the crystalline sea are the elements that reflects this beautiful area. We are few steps from the Agua Beach Resort and the Lido San Lorenzo, two of the most cool resorts where guests can enjoy balinese beds, restaurant area, cafeteria, music at sunset and large green spaces. At 600 m approx the guests can find a small supermarket that especially in summertime will be open all day long. The seaside village of Marzamemi is located just 8 minutes away by car (3 km) and Pachino is 7 km away from the Villa (approximately 12 minutes by car). Noto is 22 km far away from the villa. From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, it takes 1h and 10 minutes by car to arrive. Once you leaved the airport It is recommended to take the highway towards Gela, take the exit towards Noto and finally follow the indications to reach San Lorenzo.
