La casa si trova in un condomino ad un 2 piano è mezzo senza ascensore. Con servizio montacarico pensato apposta per evitare il peso delle valige da salire manualmente. La casa è arredata di tutti i confort necessari, iniziando dalla cucina al quale arredata di tutti i servizi , così come le due camere con ognuna di essa una finestra più condizionatore,televisore e letti pensati apposta per essere comodi così da sentirvi come a casa, e infine un bagno con balcone con piatto doccia molto ampio. La casa offre Wi-Fi free
Sarò lieta di accogliervi nel mio nuovo appartamento situato nel cuore di Napoli il quartiere in cui sono cresciuta. È sempre un piacere per me accogliere ospiti da tutto il mondo come già faccio d’altronde, e far sì che tutti gli ospiti si possano sentire a casa trascorrendo dei giorni magici nella bella Napoli che regala sempre tante belle emozioni .
Situato nel pieno centro del cuore di Napoli, una volta arrivati all’appartamento sarà facile girare le attrazioni principali con molta facilità . A soli 150 m si può arrivare a piazza del Gesù nuovo e una volta lì potrete incamminarvi in via Santa Chiara dove potrete visitare lo storico monastero di Santa Chiara, il Cristo velato,Napoli sotterranea e San Gregorio Armeno fino ad arrivare al Duomo . Inoltre da Silvana appartamento a soli 600m si arriva in via Toledo , Al palazzo Reale o il Molo Beverello di Napoli il punto in cui si parte per le isole come Ischia-Procida-Capri-Sorrento.
