Alle spalle del Duomo, nel cuore del centro città, nasce ,dallo studio di architettura " Alessandro Puglisi", Duomo house, elegante appartamento di 75mq dove design e cura dei dettagli sono i protagonisti. Si compone di: zona cucina con lavanderia, camera da letto padronale con docce e annesso bagno con vasca da bagno a 2 posti con tv. Soggiorno con divano letto e bagno privato con doccia L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 4 persone , è munito di riscaldamento/climatizzatore ,lavatrice, forno a microonde combi gril, utensileria da cucina ,filodiffusione, WI FI, smart tv . La sua posizione ,praticamente sulla piazza principale, lo pone adiacente il palazzo del Comune ,al Teatro Margherita ,a 200 mt dalla biblioteca Scarabelli e dal Conservatorio,, università, dalla via dello shopping e dalla "Strada da Foglia" storico mercato rionale, dove poter acquistare prodotti locali al mattino, sede di locali e movida la sera. A 200 mt parcheggio a pagamento multipiano " Medaglie D'oro", facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, la stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus(800mt).
Nel periodo delle feste Pasquali , importanti processioni quali la Real Maestranza , le Vare , il Cristo Nero possono seguirsi direttamente da casa. Eventi sportivi, mostre d'arte e altro in piazza Duomo.
