Stunning Loft, just 10 minutes from Sassuolo and 17 minutes from the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. Brand new, incredibly bright, and furnished with attention to every detail. You can park for free nearby and will have access to Wi-Fi, Netflix with an included account, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home! Perfect for business trips, smart working, concerts, and food and wine tours in the area. Fully automated check-in with a key box. The apartment is located on the first floor; upon booking, you will receive a message with a complete guide. Right in the center of Casalgrande.
The apartment is located in the heart of Casalgrande, less than a 5-minute walk from all amenities. Strategically positioned, we are: - 10 kilometers from Sassuolo and Scandiano - 15 kilometers from Modena and Reggio Emilia - 15 minutes from Arena Campovolo - 15 minutes from the Ferrari Museum Train station (Casalgrande) and bus stops nearby.
