The Adriatic coast, with numerous sandy beaches and beach clubs is just a half hour away, while larger towns such as Macerata are nearby. The beautiful Lake Fiastra and Abbadia di Fiastra offer wonderful trips in summer. For walking and hiking enthusiasts the dramatic Sibilini mountains are fabulous all year round. The house is on a peaceful road and surrounded by oak and pine trees for privacy allowing you to lounge around the pool. The little house, a small building next to the villa, is perfect for watching the sun set in the evenings. With stunning views, restaurants, wine tasting and local festivals (not to mention the outlet shopping!) the area has everything you need for a stunning break.
