The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

The flat can be reached by bus line 044 with a stop at Via Castel di Leva, 500 meters from Metro B Fermi, alternatively line 797 at 900 meters from the Metro B terminal in Laurentina. The new F10 trolleybus fast line (300 meters) has been just opened, which connects the district directly to the Laurentina Metro B terminal. The house is easily reachable by car from both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. It is not far from the A1 Rome-Naples motorway. Possibility to find free parking in the area.
