The GARDEN HOUSE has 4 bedrooms and large outdoor spaces. Each room has a private bathroom, summer/winter air conditioning, a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables or shelves, a desk, a chair, a wastebasket, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, an espresso machine, an electric kettle, as well as being equipped with other accessories such as: set of towels and bed linen (changed every 3 nights), safe, free WI-FI. Each private bathroom has a toilet with shower (NO BIDET), a sink with cabinet, a shower, wall-mounted hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, towels and bathrobes. We guarantee a daily cleaning protocol for the rooms and common areas with specific sanitizing products, in addition to the sanitization of the rooms with OZONE at each Check-out. Daily cleaning service is guaranteed from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays).No meals combined with accommodation.

Kindly note, the Garden House carries out all its accommodation operations exclusively in self check in mode. To access this structure, simply dowse and follow the procedure online that you will be successively sent at the moment of your appointment. Upon completion of the online procedure, you will be able to complete your ticket and process using your smartphone, and you will be able to easily access the structure independently from 15.00 to 21.00 every day of your arrival. GARDEN HOUSE is a Guest House that redefines the hospitality experience, it is a space designed to spend a stay in a decidedly informal atmosphere but with attention to detail. Completely renovated and revisited in a contemporary key by a team of young Roman architects and designers, the GARDEN HOUSE opens for the first time in September 2019, while retaining the spirit and informal atmosphere of a typical home in this neighborhood. The structure has 4 rooms each equipped with a private bathroom, a 14 m2 living area, over 150 m2 of outdoor green areas, furnished with tables, chairs and two lovely gazebos, where it is possible sip a coffee or reading a book, in the name of freedom, comfort and total relaxation. For over half a century, the garden has been home to a majestic yucca, a tall laurel tree and a spectacular wisteria plant which, twice a year, gives the guests of the house a beautiful and fragrant cascade of flower clusters, from Colorful petals in shades of blue, lavender, pink and purple.

According to many, the city of Rome knows how to enchant everyone who visits it and is even unique in its nightlife. Without necessarily going to the centre, a few minutes walk from the GARDEN HOUSE (although the structure is located in a purely residential street overlooking private gardens, therefore in a substantially silent environment), the Montesacro district offers varied places to eat and drink , for every taste and every age, where you can find restaurants, wine bars, wine bars, pizzerias, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops of all kinds and more..... in short, a neighborhood waiting to be discovered! To move comfortably around the city by public transport we recommend downloading the App of the Municipality of Rome: MOOVIT. With line 60 from/to Termini Station you arrive at the structure, getting off at the Rionero Nomentana stop, immediately after Piazza Sempione. Parking is free on the street, alternatively you can contact the paid garage in Via Gran Sasso 86, about 150 meters from Via Montasio 27 (about 2 minutes on foot).
