The house is located at 1 km from the lake and the port where the ferries leave to go to Arona, Stresa etc. The house is located in a very quiet road with private parking and a beautiful garden with a slide and a swing for your children. In spring time you can soak yourself in the beautiful colors of the different flowers blooming. The house is perfect for whom wants to escape from the noisy and crowded cities and enjoy a little bit of nature, lake, long walks and leave the car behind. Supermarkets (Conad and Tigros) are very close to the house as well (1 km more or less). Everything you need is nearby and for anything you need I'll be happy to help you out. For the law in Italy we ask you to show your ID at your arrival, we have to register you and the other members.
My name is Sofia and after my grandma passed away, the house was left behind therefore I decided to start fixing, painting and renewing the house and the furniture to eventually rent it. The house has been fully renewed. In the house there's a little corner where you can enjoy the old black and white pictures of the history of the house and the owners of the house, my grandparents ♥️
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is a single house with a wonderful garden and a private parking. Nearby there are supermarkets and the lake shore and thew city center are less than 1 km from the house. - Milano Malpensa airport is at 20 min drive. - Milano Linate airport at 45/50 min. -The closest train station is at less than 10 min by car where you can take the train and easily reach the city of Milan. -The important JRC (CCR) Joint Research Centre is at 5 min by car from the house.
