Property information

The apartment, on the second floor without an elevator, has just been renovated and is ideal for couples who want to spend a vacation in the center of downtown. It consists of a nice living room with kitchen corner and one double bedroom. Bathroom with shower box. Towels and bed linen are not provided, it is possible to rent them with at least 48 hours notice.

Neighbourhood information

For summer 2023 we are providing our guests with this brand new apartment. It is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, a stone's throw from the sea and the main services including typical restaurants, museums, evening clubs. The white pebble beach, one of the most beautiful on Elba, is only a 10-minute walk away. Parking spaces, both free and paid, can be found in the proximities.
