A former 16th century church has been converted into 4 residential units, each with its own entrance and terrace. In one apartment lives the family of the owner. The beautiful art cities of Umbria and the Marches, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Urbino are easily accessible from here. The 50 km long Adriatic coast from Fano to the Conero National Park offers miles of sandy beaches and beautiful nature.
