Spacious and prestigious apartment, recently renovated, featuring a long sea-view balcony, just steps away from Albenga's beach. The accommodation includes 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment offers 1 free parking space in the private lot, 200mb WI-FI, and a first-aid kit. It is just a few minutes' walk from Albenga's historic center, and close to bus stops, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars, and much more! Not even 10 meters from the accommodation, there is a coffee shop-patisserie where you can make delicious breakfasts! The accommodation is regularly cleaned and sanitized with HACCP treatment and sealed at the end of stay by NatyMaison. according to the guidelines "WTTC", "Safe Travels" and "Clean & Safe Tourism Italy".
