A beautiful flat located in the pedestrian area of Alassio, on 2 levels with an enchanting view of the beach and the sea. Below the house there are restaurants, bars and shops. On the first level there is the bright and spacious living room with a sofa that becomes a single bed, dining table with sea view, balcony with table and chairs. Please note that the rooms are carpeted (not recommended if you suffer from allergies), there is a spiral staircase leading to the upper area. - A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required for under 21 years old groups.
