Newly renovated independent apartment of about 70 square meters, completely independent, surrounded by a garden with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, umbrella, deck chairs and private parking. The environment, very fresh in summer and warm and welcoming in winter, is equipped with wifi and independent heating. Ideal location for those who want relaxation and tranquility, simply in the shade of the garden or in the green of the surrounding natural parks.
In 5 minutes on foot you reach the center of the village where there are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop is only 300 m away. Lake Vico is only 5 km away, Lake Bracciano 25 km away. Viterbo the city of the Popes is 20 km away; the Park of the Monsters of Bomarzo, Orvieto and the beautiful Civita di Bagnoregio are little more distant; Rome is 50 km away and can be easily reached by car or by the many public transports that depart from the town. The Via Francigena passes a few hundred meters away. Throughout the year, many festivals and culinary fairs enliven the entire Tuscia area, allowing you to enjoy local wine and traditional delicacies, including the renowned chestnuts and hazelnuts typical of the area, as well as the excellent local extra virgin olive oil.
