608 / 5.000 Il Nido is a delightful house, completely renovated in 2000. It was an old shed for agricultural tools and, in part, housed farmyard animals (chickens, rabbits, pigeons, ducks). The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden where you can sunbathe in total relaxation on the comfortable sun loungers, or read a book in the shade of large trees. We have a beautiful 13 m swimming pool. x 5.50 and 1.40 meters deep, shared with the owners and other nearby guests. Peace and silence are an important aspect for those who want a holiday of tranquility and rest.
My name is Fiorella and I live with my husband Carlo in a house near The Nest. I love reading and my favorite book is "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez and "Venuto al mondo" by Margaret Mazzantini. I really like to travel, meet different people and cultures, I like nature and I love the sea
Il Nido is one of the few houses that are located in the Serchio river park, in an area where you can't build and therefore we have many fields around and little traffic on the road. The distance from the city center of Lucca is 2 km and, for those who don't want to drive, you can go on foot or by bicycle (you can rent them as soon as you enter the city)
