My name is Claudia and the structure is managed by me, my partner and my brother who live here. The structure was bought by my great-grandfather and I was born in this house even if after a while we had to move to Prato where I grew up. I returned to live here 5 years ago and in addition to starting the Bed & Breakfast business we started managing the olive trees by producing our own oil and we created a small vegetable garden.

Il Poggiale is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by greenery even if very close to the town. The foundations are very old and date back to 1600 when the structure was probably a monastery. It has a large cellar with a window on the well located in the internal courtyard of the second area of the house. It has large community spaces such as the garden, the olive grove, the porch and the living room where breakfast is served.
