The house is at the foot of the mountains and therefore enjoys the fresh air coming down from the woods. Nearby you will find: a sports center, a playground and a fishing pond. In particular, the location impresses with its views of the Rhaetian, Orobic and Adamello Group Alps. Due to its centrality in Valtellina, the house is only 2 minutes by bike and 5 minutes on foot from the Valtellina Trail, which leads to both Colico and Bormio. Also just 20 km away is the renowned Lake Como. Not to be missed are: the Bernina Red Train-which departs from Tirano-a visit to Livigno, the Stelvio and Spluga Passes, and the ancient baths of Bormio.
