Our Guesthouse La Casa dei Treni is a professional guesthouse license n. CITR 011015 AFF 0136. We keep care of your health with solutions for sanitizing following the procedures of the gouvernament for Safe Stay and also we care for the environment (recycle garbage-bio products for showers) The guesthouse is inside a condo so you can have the real italian exeperience it's set just 30 meters to the entrance of La Spezia Trainstation, gate of the Cinque Terre National Park. we have 3 comfortable rooms each one with a different design (nordic-industrial and elegant) and we have a breakfast room inside to start your day with the right taste. even if we have not great view your stay in the bedroom will be very relaxing in fact ours rooms are soundproofed, with private bathroom inside, air conditioning, minibar, wi fi, tea service station. we have a reception opens in the morning from 9.00 am at your disposal to have informations about ours services and the attractions of our territory!
we are a family business, so we want to take care of you to make you feel like home, you can find here Manuel the owner, me Chiara (wife) or our female staff!
the trainstation of La Spezia is the gate to the 5 Terre, it's at the beggining of the walkable center close to restaurants and caffè, we dont have private parking but you can find it easily down the trainstation at the public garage
