The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a mix of antique and modern furniture. It was completely refurbished in 2019 having new roof, electrics and plumbing. As many of the original features as possible were kept, including the beautiful ornate fresco ceilings. It is adorned wth murano glass chandeliers giving the apartment an opulent feel to guests. The main entrance is in the ground floor with an elaborate staircase leading to the accommodation. The apartment itself in within the city walls and at one time was a palazzo belong to a much regarded marchigiano family. It was divided into two separate dwellings around 2010. The property has its own front door and is within a short stroll to te main piazza where lots of events take place throughout the year.

Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, butchers, fish mongers etc all within a few minutes walk. The piazza is the ideal plce to sit and people watch on a nice day. There is also the Peace Park a few minutes away where you can read about the history of the war Camps etc
