House on the ground floor with living room with 2-seater sofa bed, kitchen with breakfast bar, Bathroom with window and large shower, Built-in wardrobe with extra towels, sheets and blankets, double bedroom with pillows of different weights The house is equipped with a cleaning robot, kettle, Nespresso, American coffee machine, water carbonator, toaster, mixer, iron and hairdryer. Air conditioners and heat pump Eternal patio with coffee table and deckchairs. Private parking outside the structure. Possibility of shuttle to and from the airport and also for any transport eventualities in general.
Hi, I love living away from the chaos with my family and my animals, but I don't disdain a good dinner in the city or going out with friends... I like receiving and hosting... I'm passionate about reading, I love design and second hand. .. with a friend I participate in modern antiques markets when possible.
Possibility of trekking with any degree of difficulty (I can put the wikiloc application which is Fabulous), bike (there is a mountain bike school with the possibility of renting normal and pedal-assisted bikes, a tobacconist's bar and restaurant (the cave) 150 meters away, a pizzeria 1km away (the terrace), a beautiful farmhouse (where there are is the bike rental) 2 and a half km away You can go rafting at the base of the Rhine, or cultural and emo gastronomic tourism (Marconi house museum), Rocchetta Mattei (25 km), Porretta spa (30 km), beautiful fish inn restaurant at Rocchetta Mattei (my sister 😀) Very quiet and cool area Pets more than welcome
