Recently built, bright two-story apartment with a spacious living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a covered parking space with direct access to the house. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, it is strategically located for reaching the most beautiful areas of Eastern Liguria, such as the Cinque Terre and Portofino, as well as the most characteristic villages. It is 10 km from the seaside of Deiva Marina and Framura. It has a private entrance leading to a spacious living room and kitchen, with adjoining antechamber and bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one with two twin beds, and a bathroom. The apartment has a large outdoor garden with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs. It also has a large surrounding terrace and a terrace in the master bedroom.
