COMICS LUCCA 2025 – EXCELLENT LOCATION just 10 minutes on foot from Viareggio station, with trains reaching Lucca in 20 minutes, in the heart of the LUCCA COMICS & GAMES 2025 FRENCH KISS event from October 29 to November 2, 2025. Located in the heart of Viareggio, the house is only 300 meters from the sea, 200 meters from the center, 150 meters from the western pinewood, 800 meters from Viareggio train station, and 100 meters from the supermarket. All main services are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
The apartment, situated on the ground floor with a private entrance, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property features well-organized interiors, including a bright veranda ideal for relaxing evenings, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and high chair.
Main attractions and nearby cities include Lucca and Pisa, both reachable in about 20 minutes by car, as well as other Tuscan destinations such as Lunigiana, Garfagnana, and the Tyrrhenian coast, making the house ideal for stays at any time of the year.
Pets are not allowed; smoking and parties are not permitted. The property has an entrance where you can park motorcycles or bicycles. There are guidelines for separate waste collection and energy-saving lighting. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
