Situato a pochi passi dalle spiagge libere e lidi, permette di spostarsi tranquillamente a piedi, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la strada principale dove sono disponibili tutti i servizi essenziali, il centro di Agropoli e le principali attrazioni della città si raggiungono facilmente distano 700 m. All'esterno della struttura parcheggio libero pubblico.
