Completely renovated in 2023, the very bright and airy apartment is composed of a large living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with separable beds and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heat pump, 32" Smart TV, unlimited WI-FI at maximum speed, sheets, bathroom set, shower towel, hairdryer, coffee machine with capsules included, set of pots, cooking utensils kitchen, microwave oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In the wonderful historic center of Sciacca stands "La Casa sulla Piazza", located behind the Basilica of the Madonna del Soccorso. It is 50 meters from the central Piazza Angelo Scandaliato and 2 km from the Borgo dello Stazzone beach. The central area offers all types of services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, mini markets, tobacconists, shops, ATMs and the city bus line. About 100 meters away there is a large free car park.
