Property information

La Casetta del Marinaio, in the Borgo di San Terenzo, is a first floor apartment in the center of the village, recently renovated a few steps from the beaches and all services. The apartment has just been renovated with elegance and care. You enter the entrance and then in the living area we find a well-equipped kitchen with balcony, which overlooks the living room where there is the dining area, TV, a double sofa bed and a second balcony equipped with table and chairs (for two people) and curtain. In the sleeping area we find a large double bedroom with TV and balcony and a second small single bedroom with TV. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning and there is a private paid parking available to guests, not on site.
