La casa è su due livelli, al piano strada c'è la camera patronale e un bagno con doccia e bidet, al piano inferiore c'è la sala da pranzo con il camino e un divano letto matrimoniale, un bagno , una cucina attrezzata di utensili ed elettrodomestici. Il terrazzo è attrezzato e permetto di fare barbecue. Il panorama è incantevole posto tranquillo a due passi dal centro di Terme Popoli.
Amo l'arte la natura e la buona cucina locale.
