42m2 flat in "La Marinella" residence, Lamezia Terme. Just 5km from the airport, 3 from the Central Railway Station, 6 from the motorway, 300m from the seafront and the pinewood. Located at the 1st floor and composed by: hall-kitchen-living room, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Free parking. Pay swimming pool. Very close to the location of the kitesurf championship. 1 km from the Malta Bastion, 3 from the archeological park Benedictine Abbey and Terina, 8 from the thermal baths, 9 from the historical center of Sambiase and 12 from that of Nicastro.
I'm a very open person who has been making some international experiences. I'm a translator, I speak Italian, English, Spanish and Russian and I lived in Canada, Russia and Spain.
The flat located in a very relaxing part of Calabria. Any additional and touristic info will be provided by myself.You can enjoy a very healthy sport life in the structures and in the pinewood you have nearby.
