Charming villa with large pool in the heart of Salento. All rooms are newly refurbished with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The house is 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo and 20 minutes from the historical town of Lecce. The space La Limonaia is the guest house of an ancient fortified Masseria and is located inside a beautiful landscaped private park. This completely renovated typical Apulian home consists of three independent double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one living area overlooking a small courtyard. Next to it a big swimming pool sided by a typical Salentinean sandstone arcade. Room n. 1 is the master bedroom, and has a nice bathroom equipped with bathtub/shower. Room n. 2 and 3 are double rooms with beamed wooden ceiling, each room has its own bathroom with shower. All the rooms are accessible only from the internal courtyard, and they don't communicate with each other. The living room with typical Apulian vaulted ceiling is comprised of a sitting room, an open kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances (oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle). TV and wi-fi. All rooms have air conditioning. There is an outdoor dining area in the courtyard in front of the living room. The house is equipped with energy efficient solar powered water heater. The guests can access a large swimming pool through a door from the courtyard. The pool is shared with the owners of the main house. The pool is not heated and cannot be used in the winter months. Preparing breakfast, cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms every day for 2 hours (8.00-10.00am) is included in high season (May-October).
